Anti or Hateful Speech - App contains/ promoting violence or advocating against a particular group is not permitted. This includes but is not limited to groups identified by their:
Race or ethnic origin
Color
National origin
Religion
Political Association
Disability
Age
Veteran status
Sexual orientation/gender identity
Drugs - Content promoting drugs and drug paraphernalia. This includes drug accessories, illegal drugs, and herbal drugs such as salvia and magic mushrooms.


Publisher Undertakings You will be solely liable for the Game and decisions relating to the Placement Inventory, End Users and/or additional third parties, including the handling of all inquiries and/or claims submitted by any of the aforementioned and/or all additional engagements, commitments and interactions that you have with any third party. All interactions and commitments that you may have with any third party must be professional, proper and lawful under applicable law (including any laws or regulations relating to the content and nature of publishing or marketing) and otherwise comply with these Terms.
